The VBA is incorporated to:

Provide educational programs to further the interests of the manufacturers, distributors and warehousers of carbonated beverages, stillwater beverages and other non-alcoholic beverages.
2. Promote the carbonated and stillwater beverage industry.
3. Foster the development of business standards throughout the carbonated and still water beverage industry.
4. Work toward the mutual uplifting and protection of its members, individually and collectively, and to do anything and everything legal and proper for the mutual benefit of such members.
